SETH’s Buyer Select program provides down payment assistance as a second lien that is completely forgiven after 10 years — with no first-time-buyer requirement and no maximum sales price. It works with FHA, VA, USDA and Freddie Mac conventional loans, and can pair with a Mortgage Credit Certificate for an added grant.
